This website is operated by Halo Arts (Education) Ltd (company number SC574600), a company registered in Scotland with its registered office at The White House, Dowanhill Park, Glasgow G11 5JE (“Halo Arts”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Halo Arts is a limited company and is not a registered charity.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how the Site or our services operate. The current version will always be available on the Site, and the effective date above shows when it was last updated. Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, programme and event information, and the design and layout of the Site — is owned by or licensed to Halo Arts and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print extracts of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the material and you keep any copyright and other proprietary notices intact. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution or republication of material from the Site, requires our prior written permission.

5. Bookings, events and programme information

From time to time the Site may include information about Halo Arts events, workshops, courses or bookings. We take reasonable care to keep this information accurate and up to date, but details such as dates, venues, availability and pricing may change, and we do not guarantee that all information on the Site is current or error-free. Where a booking or transaction is made through the Site or via a third-party booking platform linked from the Site, separate booking terms and conditions provided at the point of booking will apply.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, funders, partner organisations, ticketing platforms or social media). These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party website, and including a link does not imply our endorsement of it. You agree to indemnify and hold Halo Arts harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
